Sürekli gecikme vs gibi konularda tehdit mesajı almak çok stresliydi. Her tesiste 15-20 dakika hatta bir saate kadar esneklikler olabilir. Ama tesisin hem yönlendirdiği linkte hem de gelen mesajlarda sürekli nasıl cezalandırılacağınızla alakalı mesajlar almak çok yorucuydu. Acil destek hattı cevap vermiyor. Şehir vergisini bir gün önce ödememize rağmen şifrelerimizi göndermediler. Tekrar banka ödeme makbuzunu indirip gönderdikten sonra şifrelerimizi gönderdiler. 7 saatlik yoldan gelen birisi için gecenin bir saatinde hem araba kullanmak hem bu iletişimi sağlamak işkenceydi. Ayrıca kamerayla müşterileri kayıt altına alma tehdidi de gizlilik ve mahremiyetimizin ihlali olduğu için kabul edilebilir değildi

Check in experience was far from being pleasant. You are asked to accept tons of extra conditions on top of your booking.com reservation to be able stay at the property and it is not clear what happens if you don’t accept (do you get your money back even if it is nonrefundable reservation?). And then you get tens of automated messages even if you have done all they ask. By the way, you are asked to agree all sorts of fees like if there’s tiniest dirt or damage to the property, and even in case you don’t like the property but do not report it during your stay, but I liked the property ;-) (See attached picture). Very annoying to be honest. As a result, we evacuated property as quickly as possible in the morning to avoid any issues with landlord. Entering facilities is another challenge: all gates and doors are electronic (with codes) and challenging at first time (I consider myself tech savvy). Finally, we had booked this place because it offered secure parking lot but ours was occupied when we arrived late night. Not great. Inhumane experience overall. I would not stay again and would not recommend to a friend.
