The owner was always available to answer questions and did the trouble shooting even at late evening hours due to some problem in the bathroom lock
the check in person should have alerted us to the fact that the main entrance key needed a slight tick when opening from outside. We faced a lot of problem in getting into the apartment building for this reason. We learnt ourselves that the key had to be inserted in a way to make it work. The kitchen sink tap was hanging loose and should have been fixed before letting us in.

The cleanliness, the size of it, very good location, comfortable, 2 bathrooms were very convenient for five people. Everything was absolutely excellent! Everything we needed (coffee, shampoos, shower gels) was included in the property.
