Stanovanje je v starejši stavbi, ki je lično urejena. Stanovanje je polkletno, pa kljub temu lepo urejeno, čisto. Omare so urejene, v stanovanju je celo sef! Všečno! Lastnik resnično poskrbi za vse, poleg pomivalnega stroja je tudi mikrovalovka, po prostorih pa so klimatske naprave. Pred stavbo so plačljiva parkirišča, ki pa niso draga, za celodnevno parkiranje.

Bilo je super. Lokacija je odlična. Blizu je tramvajske stanice, centra, dućana i ljekarni. Vlasnik je bio vrlo susretljiv i od velike pomoći. Lijepo uređen i opremljen stan.
