Royal residence Zagreb

Walking distance from train station and city center. Nicely decorated with fine taste. Large room in a quiet environment. The owner allowed us to enter earlier in the property which is very much appreciated

The pillow were a bit high for our kind of sleep but we changed to the smaller ones from the wardrobe

Location, cleanliness & spacious.

Bedside light did not work and only one tea bag! Also, the Royal Residences (3-4 apartments) front door locking arrangement was confusing so at times we found that door was unlocked.

Very nice and comfortable. The owner/contact person was easy to communicate with. Good Wifi.

The apt was on the 3rd floor; too bad the elevator stopped working on the 2nd day. Of course this was no fault of the owner.

It is very nice and spacious room.

The air conditioning does not cool the room. We had both units on max for 18 hours and the room temperature never went below 26C. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Also the floors were very dirty. There was not visible debris but our feet and towels became black if walking on the bare floor. The bathroom door handle is loose on the inside and completely detaches, but it still works if you put it back on. Lastly, we returned to our apartment at 10pm one night and the outside gate was locked with no way to get back in. The keys we were given did not work and there was no intercom. Luckily, someone was coming out at the same time and let us in.
