Walking distance to everything. Very comfy beds and quiet room.

Clean & bright! Everything needed is there. Host was great, accommodating and helpful.

There was a small stain on the bedsheet, but otherwise everything was fine. Hot water lasts around 10–15 minutes, quite enough for a quick shower.

I booked this accommodation for arrival and departure days from Zagreb due to its location. The location is excellent and walking distance to all the sights. The entrance to the building and hallway walk to the room is a bit dingy/scary. The kitchenette was useful, with a good shower and comfy bed. That being said, I would NEVER stay here again as the host is completely unresponsive to any and all questions for both my prepaid stays. This made for an incredibly stressful trip on both my nights there. Do not book here unless you want your check in instructions 2 HOURS! prior to check in. This host also wanted passport pictures sent via WhatsApp or personal email (as they are not on site) which I thought was sketchy but did anyways. I messaged numerous times to confirm they received the information - no response to this question either -ever. Absolutely unacceptable. Have never experienced this before with a booking.

The stress of not knowing how I was going to get into my accommodation due to an unresponsive host. I also chatted with a booking.com agent to express my concern and anxiety. They also couldn't reach the host and provided no helpful resolution. Disappointed all around with this booking..
