Die Wohnung liegt im EH eines mehrstöckigen Wohnhauses in einem dicht besiedelten Wohngebiet. Trotzdem haben wir immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden, meistens direkt vor dem Haus. Im wesentlichen war alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage war ok und auch notwendig. Wir haben gut auf den Betten geschlafen. Es war Nachts erstaunlich ruhig. Wir hatten die Wohnung wegen des Jazzfestvals in Barreiro gemietet. 2 ALDIs sind im Umkreis von ca. 1 km vorhanden. Auch Restaurants in unterschiedlicher Qualität und Cafés. Die Wohnung ist erst kürzlich komplett saniert worden.
Die Haustür konnte mit einer App über Whatsapp geöffnet werden. Das war etwas ungewohnt und umständlich, hat aber funktioniert. Es fehlte eine Duschmatte zum heraustreten. Wir haben ein Handtuch verwendet, Es fehlt ein 2. Handtuchhalter an der Wand im Bad. Die Küchenausstattung ist nur mittelmäßig. Wir waren 3 tage dort und haben außer Frühstück und Abendsnack ausschließlich auswärts gegessen. Insofern wars voll ok.
