Très bonne communication, logement très propre, bien agencé, stationnement facile, couchage très confortable, mise à disposition du nécessaire pour cuisiner, condiments, huile, etc..., lave linge + lessive, terrasse
Quelques finitions à terminer (ampoules de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas, poignée de porte de chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, poire se douche à changer)

Appartamento grande, con due camere da letto cucina, salotto, bagno e terrazzo Nell'insieme pulito (camere e bagno tutto ok) però migliorabile...per esempio la vetrata che da accesso al balcone non ha tende e dato che il terrazzo è unito ad un altro e diviso da un muretto alto meno di un metro, quando c'è gente sull'altro terrazzo ti vedono in casa.
Decisamente migliorabile l'attenzione ai mobiletti della cucina, confezioni di generi alimentari aperte e lasciate dai vari ospiti (pasta, riso, cereali, farina, zucchero, salsa di soia.....)secondo me dovrebbero essere eliminate.....ok olio e sale ma tutto il resto da il senso di non curato, inoltre nell'anta dove c'era ritirato il tostapane c'erano briciole. Anche nel mobiletto del bagno diversi tubetti di dentifricio iniziati sarebbe meglio buttarli.

Appartement agréable avec une belle terrasse. Quartier calme et très bien situé, proche des transports. Équipement complet, appartement propre et bien entretenu.
Une des chambres n’a pas d’ouverture sur l’extérieur. Certains équipements ne sont pas en très bon état (porte-fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse, table). Il n’y a pas de store aux baies vitrées donnant sur la terrasse et exposées au soleil, donc en fin de journée il fait très chaud dans l’appartement
