Muy buena experiencia tanto con el alojamiento como con el propietario, que desde el primer momento nos ayudó con la recogida de las llaves ! El acceso es mediante link y contraseña, muy fácil y cómodo. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, en plena zona centro y con toda comodidad para moverse y disfrutar, parada de Sol a solo 1 minuto andando. A pesar de alojarnos 6 personas (3 adultos y 3 niños), estuvo perfectamente todo preparado, toallas, ropa de cama, almohadas , gel de ducha ,agua caliente para 6 sin problema , cocina equipada . Destacar la atención de propietario siempre pendiente para cualquier duda y disponible. Lo recomiendo y repetiremos seguro .

Our accommodation was cancelled, while we were boarding a plane, about 3 hours notice with no alternative offered, we arrived in Madrid, with no accommodation, having to sort out somewhere to stay. Had to wait for them to cancel our booking so refund could be started.
