A little bit of a walk to get to with baggage, but well worth the effort. The area was perfect for exploring and plenty of great food around. The room was small but had everything I needed, and the bathroom was incredible. Would stay here again. The staff was friendly and sweet.

Super convenient just STEPS away from Puerta del Sol. Easy access 24 hours. The rooms are smaller than pictured - but clean and smart. I would stay at Woohoo again.

The room was lovely, big and well maintained. The location was superb. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. The only problem was the entrance to the building and the walk up was all dated and not very appealing. There are rickety wood stairs and an elevator that only holds one person. They should do more to renovate the entrance and the stairway up to the property.

This was a perfect little room for my family of four for a short stay in Madrid. It was super inexpensive, ready early, and in an amazing location steps from the metro, great dining, and one of the central plazas of the city. 10/10 would recommend.
