The hotel has the best location, really close to Puerta del Sol and therefore, close to Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, etc. Staff is really helpful and accommodating. Fast responses for any inquiry or service requested. I definitely will stay there again.

When we arrived, we were upgraded to a very comfortable suite. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything. The breakfast was amazing, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful!
