Woohoo Rooms Boutique Sol

Loved everything about our stay. Woohoo goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect and right at Puerta del Sol. The staff was super helpful and kind. Vouchers for a breakfast at a café around the corner were provided. Can’t say enough good things.

Location can not be beat. Even though you’re in the center of everything, room was quiet at night. Cold air conditioning at the end of the day was such a welcome surprise. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for my family if 4 in the family suite. Staff was always friendly and greeted us any time we crossed paths.

The location was absolutely amazing - you can walk just about everywhere from here. Staff was super nice and welcoming, and were always happy to help. Bed was comfortable, bathroom squeaky clean.

A suggestion from me would be to invest into bit better pillows, but it’s not a dealbreaker in this case as everything else was really good.

The room was advertised as a “family suite” - this, in my opinion, is not a very true reflection of the reality. Some things that we noted as inadequate or lacking about the facilities: - The lift in the building is extremely tiny and very old. We stayed there 3 nights and it wasn’t working for 2 of them. It can only fit 1 person at a time and is very slow. - The room is very tiny for a family suite too. Might be better for 2 but definitely not a family, which was disappointing as the room on the booking site was labeled as a family suite. - The bathroom might have been the smallest bathroom I have ever seen anywhere in Europe (and I do quite a bit of traveling so I have seen a lot). It’s actually a joke how small it is. Overall, the location and the customer service were the only positives from the experience. And although I personally place a lot of weight on those two things, it was still not enough to overcome the shortcomings of this property.
