Woohoo Rooms Boutique Sol

The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful and once checked in she helped us to our room on the 4th floor. The room was a complete contrast to our first impressions of the building. Overall we were happy with the room, it was clean, comfortable and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to go.

The first impressions of entering the building made us a little unsure if we had chosen good accommodation. The entrance way, lift and stairs were of concern, especially as we had two large suitcases and the lift didn’t appear to be working, and if it was, only one person and one piece of luggage could go in at one time. we were told over the intercom that we had to go to the 3rd floor to check in so we struggled up the steep windy stairs to the 3rd floor.

The location, small details that make a difference, everything very clean and remodeled, and the employees friendly and attentive to make sure everything is alright..

Polite and helpful staff Central location Very clean Family Rooms good enough for 4 people Beautifully decorated

The lift was small and only one person could use it at a time. It was slow and inconvenient. I think the businesses there will have to address this issue. But this shouldn’t be a reason to keep you away from this beautiful Accomodation

Excellent excellent location! Very good customer service.

The room was advertised as a “family suite” - this, in my opinion, is not a very true reflection of the reality. Some things that we noted as inadequate or lacking about the facilities: - The lift in the building is extremely tiny and very old. We stayed there 3 nights and it wasn’t working for 2 of them. It can only fit 1 person at a time and is very slow. - The room is very tiny for a family suite too. Might be better for 2 but definitely not a family, which was disappointing as the room on the booking site was labeled as a family suite. - The bathroom might have been the smallest bathroom I have ever seen anywhere in Europe (and I do quite a bit of traveling so I have seen a lot). It’s actually a joke how small it is. Overall, the location and the customer service were the only positives from the experience. And although I personally place a lot of weight on those two things, it was still not enough to overcome the shortcomings of this property.
