The location is premium, near most must-see places, such as Gran Vía, Sol, Palacio Real, and several theaters. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. It was very helpful that I could leave my backpack before the check-in. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Although the hotel is located in a busy neighborhood, my room wasn't noisy at all. Hope to come back soon!
