Eiffel Sea Resort

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The management had just changed, literally the day I arrived, so they were doing some renovations (repainting, lighting outside, etc.) And each time I came back it had changed a little. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. The new management had also not yet received their card machine, but they found a solution that allowed me to still pay by card.

I had to go to reception to ask for a towel as it wasn't in the room. The bathroom was covered in a layer of dust (probably because it just has a vent and not a window to stop the dust coming inside).

Personale super disponibile e attento, uno dei manager ci ha aiutato ad organizzare la bellissima escursione a Pigeon Island e si è reso disponibile per organizzare altre attività e spostamenti. posizione ottima, non nella zona più turistica della città ma molto tranquilla, e si trova a 5 minuti di tuk tuk dal centro città e dalla zona turistica di ristoranti. la spiaggia di fronte è frequentata da locali e al tramonto offre una vista stupenda sul forte.

la struttura non è tenuta benissimo, nonostante sia abbastanza pulita e accogliente. le asciugamani e lenzuola sono pulite ma macchiate e avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata.

Schönes Hotel am Strand mit nettem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es gab einen Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee zum selber kochen.

The location near the beach, the comfort was OK.

One of our rooms wasn't ready at 2 pm. And the other one, with 2 beds, left little space to move around. Another room that we saw had no windows. Also, no credit card payment was possible, and we were only informed during check-out when our taxi was already waiting. Management could be more polite/professional, too.
