The property is very energy cost sensitive. They shut the power to your room entirely when you leave by the motion sensor. Very inconvenient in terms of charging your electronics and maintain a comfortable temperature. It is very hot outside in March, it takes at least half an hour to get the room to a comfortable temperature after you return. The room also smells musty when you return. The kitchen and laundry is a downstairs shared space. Not very comfortable setting to cook which we didn’t do any. There are a lot of restaurants close by. The laundry machine was almost always occupied, but the housekeeper was responsive to move them. The location of the place is ok. Close to restaurants but hard to walk to the beach.

- strong sewage smell in the toilet during all our stay. Literally have to keep the bathroom door closed all the time - not the greatest soundproofing, one night we had to listen some russian talks from neighbour room till 3 am - our door locker battery died, had to wait 20 minutes for staff to come and fix. There is no staff in the hotel, communication is through the app
