We loved the pool and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space and a nice couch.
We arrived and the stove was out of gas. This was repaired within a day. The washer was broken, and was not repaired during our two week stay. We ran out of water twice. Because the walls are glass, the afternoon sun heats the villa more than the ac can handle. The master shower did not drain properly and the water ran out the door to behind the toilet. The bathroom sprayer popped off when I was using it. The gate (which should have been automatic, was broken.
