Accommodation was spacey and clean. Large and equipped kitchen. The site is in a steep hillside, but well accessible with a motorbike, and no traffic around. The Big Buddha is visible directly from the bed. The pool is not large, but clean and convenient, with warm water, toilet and shower at hand. Although we never met anybody personally, communication with the owners was abundant, effective and friendly.

The site had a few small pool options with lovely sea views overlooking Kata. Good undercover parking. Well maintained complex.
The furnishings are not very comfortable or of good quality and many items need replacing/updating. Quite basic, fine for a 1 or 2 week stay but got a bit uncomfortable for a long stay. The walls are thin between the bedroom and neighbours bedroom. This was ok as they were very quiet.
