В одной из комнат не работало 2 из 4 ламп. Обещали поменять, так и не поменяли. От всех кондиционеров работал только один пульт. Попросил заменить батарейки во всех пультах, в т.ч. в телевизоре. Обещали поменять, не поменяли. Горячую воду я встречал за все время поездки 2 раза по 2-3 минуты. Особенно напрягало после возвращения в дождь. Попросил разобраться с горячей водой. Обещали разобраться, так никто и не приходил.
