Private apartments near Kata beach

Really clean modern apartment with nice finishing touches and all the basics things you’ll need for a short - mid term stay. A good location next to lots of shops and restaurants and the host was very responsive of any questions we had. Would recommend

Key location with plenty of options around. Full kitchen utensils, bathroom amenities. 2 pool areas with bar. Would 100% recommend

Matresses outdated, could feel the springs popping out - did not ruin my sleep but deffinatelly need attention!

Хозяин был очень отзывчивый, всегда на связи и оперативно решал любой вопрос. Квартира очень хорошая, кровати большие, в зоне кухни есть все необходимое, предоставляются халаты и полотенца для моря, что очень удобно. Уборка раз в неделю - убрались очень хорошо! Идеально, что квартира на 5 этаже - отличный вид и не слышно по ночам людей и машины. Свободно можно посещать оба бассейна! Местоположение классное, рядом все необходимое. Нам все очень понравилось, с радостью вернемся еще! Все соответствует фото на 10/10!

Душ подтекает, но это проблема всего отеля, думаю хозяин вскоре решит эту проблему) и мы к сожалению, утеряли одну карточку - имейте ввиду новая стоит 200 батт. В отеле обычно их дают бесплатно новые, но тут возможно другие правила. Но опять же потеря - наша вина, просто не знали, что платно)

There’s everything you need, except a basic dish sponge. Great location: there’s an excellent café nearby that serves dishes almost instantly—tasty and inexpensive (Sugar Shack…). There’s also a night market and a 7/11 close by.

The beds are awful—more like bunks than real beds. They’re extremely hard. My wife’s back hurt every morning. It’s basically like sleeping on the floor, and it ruins the whole vacation. The bathroom and shower area aren’t as clean as you’d usually expect in a hotel, and when you take a shower, water inevitably leaks out under the door. If you use the rain shower for about 10 minutes, the entire bathroom floor ends up covered in water. Every time we had to mop it up ourselves. The bed linen was stored in the wardrobe. One duvet cover had blood stains on it. When we checked in, there were no blankets on the beds. Later, the host said we weren’t allowed to use the bedding from the wardrobe. But how are guests supposed to sleep if the beds aren’t even prepared for check-in?!
