About this house rental
Modern 3 bedroom, 3 bath pool villa in a quiet residential neighborhood on Phuket. All bedrooms are spacious with king size beds, bathrooms, and individual aircon units. Fully furnished kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and all utensils. Washer and dryer available for guest use. Beautiful private 13 meter pool with spa. Cable television and wi-fi provided.
Gated 2 car covered parking. Cleaning service is provided twice a week. All towels and linens included.
Very convenient location for exploring the southern part of Phuket. Dive boats and speed boats to the pristine Phi Phi Islands are only 10 minutes away at Chalong Pier. Rawai Beach, with wonderful seafood restaurants where you can watch the sun set over the Andaman Sea, is also only 10 minutes away. One of Phuket's finest swimming beaches - Nai Harn beach, is less than 20 minutes away. Convenient to Big Buddha, elephant riding, Chalong Temple, Kata Beach as well.

We had a great stay. Everything was exactly as described, the house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, perfect for relaxing, and the whole trip went smoothly from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

Our first impressions of the Villa were, Wow, this looks amazing and we were not disapointed. Pool was soooo nice to get into as the weather was hot and humid which was a little overwhelming. While we were there, there was an issue with the air-conditioning in the main bedroom but Goi the housekeeper was quickly on to it. Highly recomend to both couples or a family. Car or bike is recommended as it is about 1 kilometre to main road but as a couple, we were more than happy to walk it to keep up our exercise.

The place was beautiful and immaculate. We were keen to give a 5 star rating to this property . However on our 2 nd last night the pool maintenance people may have not left a chemical in the pool which possibly should not have been used for 24 hrs . This was not communicated to us and actually it should have been done after we had left. As a result 3 kids who played in the pool was he following morning developed chemical burns and were tearful.. Hope the owners realise this and ensure that pool s service 24 hrs prior to guest use and not during their stay . Also complication and responsibility is not for guests alone
