Ottima posizione in 5/10 minuti si arriva ovunque a piedi.
La vicinanza di un parcheggio a pagamento aiuta sicuramente, di fronte ci sono anche dei piccoli negozi dove fare la spesa se qualcuno volesse farsi da mangiare in casa.
L'appartamento è dotato di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, non le abbiamo usate ma è giusto apprezzare il fatto che ci siano.
La zona è molto silenziosa di notte.
Una delle due docce ha iniziato ad erogare solamente acqua fredda, date le temperature non era assolutamente un problema, ma nel caso di periodo autunnale invernale la cosa è ad risolvere.
L'aria condizionata invece non raffrescava la stanza a sufficienza, non so se fosse finito il liquido nei condizionatori ma faceva veramente troppo caldo.
