A brilliant, economical alternative to hotels.

The location was very convenient and it was perfect for our needs. We will definitely look at booking it again when back in Nottingham.

Lovely overnight family stay

Right from the start it was easy to access the property, clean on arrival and very homely. Location was great to the University Campus. Lovely extension gave the kids a room to play in. Rooms were spacious and well equipped.

Only two things if I'm being picky was that the front door is a bit sticky to open and the lighting in the living room could be a bit brighter. Outstanding property though.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, good value for 1 night stopover for family. Nice to have some basics like tea/coffee/milk.

My son wanted WiFi password but was not readily available. We arrived late so didn’t want to ask.

Nice house in a quiet area, a few miles away from city centre, close to M1, house was warm.

Location was quiet, not too far from city centre and motorway junction. House was warm and well equipped, lovely garden and drive for two smaller cars to park was great. Would stay again.

Location was good close to city

I didn't like that the neighbours smoked copious amounts of weed over the weekend and the fact we had no hot water for the shower also no working wifi

The stay was lovely and peaceful. Everything was well-organized and available. We especially enjoyed the small but beautiful sunroom overlooking the garden – it added a nice touch to the space.

Everything! good location, host was very responsive. The house is lovely, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and a cute conservatory and backyard. So clean and tidy. The dining table was all set up.

Excellent Owners

The owners were fantastic, we had to cancel the booking the week before through no fault of our own, and Klinspaces moved the booking to the following week with no cost. Excellent understanding of the situation. Property was also excellent. Thanks so much

The hosts were fantastic. We thought we left something in the property and they allowed to us to return and look for it.

The property was clean and tidy with a great range of items in the kitchen including and air fryer! Has a drive for one car too!

There was only one small sofa in the lounge... so no where to sit on an evening.

The house was well equipped and clean . The bedding was lovely and new .

The frontroom was not comfortable it had a very small sofa and was not welcoming at all , the beds were uncomfortable
