No breakfast as self catering

Air con not working efficiently - v noisy all the time. Shower head leaked and flooded every time you used it.

Beautiful room and the location is perfect! Just a 10 minute walk away from the medieval walls. The room was clean and well stocked with coffee. Beautiful decor and the hot tub outside was lovely.

The entrance was very narrow and it was a little difficult to fit my car through but i managed.

It was clean when we arrived and there were some nice touches eg complimentary local sweets

It’s fine, but the “luxury” description is not true. No cleaning services were provided during our four day stay - we had to text the owner to ask for the bins to be emptied and coffee cups washed (NB there were no facilities for us to do this ourselves). The ‘garden view’ was of a wire fence with a small patch of grass behind it. The ‘spa’ is two hot tubs in an ordinary garden. The rooms are smaller and more dilapidated than they appear in the photos. We did not see a member of staff the entire time we were staying. It is also further from the centre of Siena than advertised.
