Host Mara was excellent with directions to the property from the station and stayed later for our check in All attractions were close by Room spacious and spotlessly clean Breakfast was more than adequate

Arrival time was flexible. Young lady waited for us and was very welcoming. Perfect location. Right behind the palazzo civicco, 2 steps away from piazza del Campo. Great pastry shop on the street (delicious cantucci). Easily accessible on foot from bus station. Bedroom looked over piazza del mercato and "surprise". What a view! Lovely. Restaurant down below. Breakfast was fine. Homemade cakes. Not the most modern but it was perfect. Very nice staff and boss. It feel authentic. Keep it that way. Great value for the price.
