Sleeps you and nothing more

Comfy beds. Roof over your head at night

There was no wifi and when I asked about it they didn’t respond. Very hot and only one working fan for the place. There was also not enough cutlery for our whole party.

Beer bottles and broken glass

Having two double beds in each room was very convenient and great for our large family. The beds were very comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet for a peaceful sleep.

We knew we were going to be out most of the time so decided we just wanted simple accommodation as all we needed was somewhere clean, tidy and safe to shower and sleep, unfortunately this property did not meet the expectation. Upon arrival the concrete driveway and parking space was covered in broken glass from a window in the front house and broken beer bottles, which spread all the way to the front door and was throughout the gardens as well. There were also alcohol cans and other rubbish throughout the gardens and lawns. The inside was ok, a bit run down in some spaces, with a need for some TLC. The windows were smeared and the floors a bit dirty as well.

Overall it satisfied our needs.

The location (on the map). Beds were good. Privacy was ok as the front house was unoccupied. Could've been tricky otherwise parking down the back.

Overall cleanliness was not good. After telling us clearly when booking no parties, no drinking, respect neighbours, clean 'everything' when leaving, etc, etc., the place was not clean...alcohol bottles (outside), beer caps lying around(outside), utensils/dishes not very clean. Tiny little car mat to wipe your feet when you come in, no carpet anywhere. Floor was dirty. Not proper curtain in the bathroom. Ceiling manhole cover was open, not closed properly??

It is a great location and nice place to book for bigger families.
