I would but the street adress first to pick up key. E.G Go to Fort street, and between 77 and 71b you will see a large black gate and attached to the bottom is one of 4 lock boxes. Your lock box is the second one. We had to try several lock boxes until we found it; I thought the gate was the gate at the entrance to Emily Pl.
Fob keys did not work consistently. Could not access the parking level on check out. Had to walk around to the car park. Fob key did not always activate lift.
