Great spot for the city centre.

Very good location, near the City centre.

Very hot, a small noisy aircon unit didn't cool the space very well. No teatowel for drying dishes, no Coffee provided but Tea was. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The bathroom was not very clean, toilet seat was not well attached. The Sofa beds were uncomfortable and there were no sheets for it. There was someone elses underwear under one of the sofas, we had to move it to get it to lie flat. Sorry about all the negatives.

NOTHING - there was nothing to like about this property at all. Absolutely fraudulent advertising about everything. Owner was very difficult to deal with.

EVERYHING. Insructions were one long paragraph, not in sequence and difficult to understand. Vehicle entry is not from street on which apartment is located. Key wasnt in lock box and so we had to wait 30 mins for delivery. Lift instructions incorrect so another 10 mins sorting that out. Apartment - broken banister on stair railings so unsafe with four year old. One bedroom hardly fitted the bed in and was internal so no window or ventilation, unless you counted the three holes drilled in the door. Other bedroom was off lounge with a window but covered over. Towels were old, shabby, thin and disgusting. Bathroom was filthy and unsanitary. No tea, coffee, milk or refreshments at all. Wifi wasnt working even though owner adamant it was. We stayed 10 mins the found alternative accomodation elsewhere as I wouldnt put my dog in this hovel. Not what the advertisement showed at all

Disappointing facility considering the cost

No breakfast provided. Lack of cutlery and plates. Location great, however one key and fob for six people not good. Beds comfortable but very cramped bedrooms.

No Wifi that worked or TV. Fridge, on lounge floor didn't work, food spoiled. 2 washing machines installed, dryer in washer-dryer didn't work. Huge oak dining table in small lounge, only 3 dining chairs. No dishwasher detergent for dish drawer, oven trays dirty, inadequate bin liners and toilet paper. Shower grouting of tiles and joints stained brown/orange, bathroom fan worked but broken. Bedding was a dated eclectic mix, but it was clean. Light bulbs blown
