Perfect location, great apartment.

Amazing location!! Perfect spot outside the crazy of downtown Auckland. A block and a half from the beach, and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful area to run, walk, or bike along the beach. Lots of paved paths and very safe. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The building itself was a bit run down (torn carpet, etc), but unit was very clean. Don’t let the initial impression worry you! The GPS had a hard time getting us there- it was tricky to find the first time, but as soon as you know where you’re going, it’s a breeze after that.

Snatch up this place before it’s gone!

Brand new, modern, and efficient use of space. The bed is comfortable with quality linens. A/C works great and the windows open for fresh air when wanted. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Fast and reliable Wifi. Fantastic location to walk to the beach, parks, and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We especially appreciated the supplies: coffee, tea, soaps, shampoo, etc. Leo and Lovely in the office quickly fulfilled a request for us; thank you! The hot plate in lieu of a stovetop worked fine for our needs.

Suggestion for improvement: supply place settings for four, instead of two. And sharpen the cutting knife; if you can. Otherwise no complaints at all!

It was a fanastic location and really nicely appointed apartment, clean, great amenties and a great layout for friends or family alike. The host was responsive and helpful too. Highly recommend it.

Location was close to Mission Bay shops and cafes. The couches and bed were both large and soft such, a comfy stay.

Our room was third floor stairs only. We were fine but just to be aware if you need accessibility please book ground floor specifically.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location.

Incredible location in Mission Bay just moments away from the beach and local restaurants. The apartment was sparkling clean on our arrival and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher and washer/drier.

The ironing board provided was the small type designed to go on a work surface. Unfortunately the cord was not long enough to allow this so ironing was really tricky. When we arrived the bedroom was very hot. You need to keep the blind down during the if your bedroom gets the sun. Fortunately the bedroom has a fan so it wasn’t a huge issue.

I loved the way that the host was on site and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. He took our bags and showed us inside. He was so accommodating and friendly.

Fabulous location, fabulous helpful staff, the room was good but not amazing.

The location was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable, everything very clean. We were really only there to sleep but would have felt a little constrained if we had to spend all day in the room.

Bed/sitting room a little small with nowhere to sit comfortably except on the bed. The stairwell carpets were scuffed and fraying and a trip hazard. Was always very careful going up and down the stairs for this reason.

Clearly a beautiful property and very luxurious

Everything looked nice but poor attention to detail lost marks: Remote control not working well and had to get batteries changed Shower drain blocked causing flooding clearly not cleaned well Bedside lamp broken and not working Directions poor and car park not marked as per arrival instructions No tumble dryer as detailed Espresso machine a nice touch but no cups that fitted under it Dust on top of wall lights and under bed Sea view visible but I had the impression we were near the sea not a road back looking over bars and shops

Not a place we will use again

Location

Our flight was delayed and the instructions to unlock the door was not very clear. We spent the most of the first night in the car. There was no response from the provided number even after calling. There is no A/C in the property or ceiling fans. Only very loud cheap portable fans. One side of the bed seems to be worn and uncomfortable to sleep on. Comments left to the property about improving the information given left unanswered. We ended up only staying 2 nights after booking for 5. A very bad experience for the price charged.

Location

The apartment was not like the photos, it may have been 20 years ago. That's about how old the carpet and drapes are. Didn't appreciate the hole in the wall or the ants or the toxic chemical smell in the bathroom, which is also the kitchen (weird). The hosts asked for a photo (of me, and not supplied) before they'd hand over the door code, but after I'd paid. This was not mentioned on booking.com and is unacceptable.

One block back from beach

Only 1 teaspoon supplied. Was replaced but no comms from manager. The ants in bedroom and kitchen/bathroom, ruined some food. No seaview as described. Bed was average. No blackout curtains. Kitchen was awkward and had an unpleasant smell under the sink. Nothing luxury about it. Old stairwell. 3 locks to get in.

Good value attractive and pleasant studio

The studio was a good size with a wonderful bed and a very good kitchen area. It was clean and pleasant.

The road was quite noisy but it’s Mission Bay so I expected some noise. The shower leaks a bit so there was water over the floor after showers—but the shower itself was pretty good.

Cooktop had no instructions and not easy to use. Could not fault anything else. Was a party upstairs which did spoil one night.

Once we got our bearings we realised we were staying in a wonderful location.

There was no indication that the Unit was on the 3rd floor of a building with no lift when we booked. Whilst the Unit was lovely and very comfortable, this was a problem for we older people to handle our luggage.
