Rooms are amazing! Was super clean, had all amenities stocked and available in the room. Staff were awesome and very fast at both check in and check out.

Clean and comfortable room with good shower/bathroom. Everything was there for a good stay, the kitchen was well equiped and they didn't skimp on coffee and milk. Definitely value for money and I would stay again. Appreciated being able to park both our vehicles free of extra charge. Friendly staff.
Little extras like being able to access my Sky account would be good. Reception was slow to answer phone but it was a very short walk to the office. They were a little over-anxious about the rooms and we had to give proof of our details, pay a refundable bond and have the room inspected on departure. The rooms had obviously just been re-done so I get the protectiveness.

Good location, room was modern and tidy.
Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. Access to the room was challenging, particularly when carrying luggage up the stairs. The room itself was very small, and despite booking for three guests, only two towels were provided. Attempts to contact reception for an additional towel were unsuccessful. The complimentary milk supplied was also insufficient for three adults.
