Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

A great location for easy and enjoyable walks eg to and around Cornwall Park. Great selection of eateries close by plus 2 supermarkets to choose from. Plenty of parking available. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean & tidy and the shower had excellent water pressure.

The outside needed a bit of attention ie weeding plants growing through cracks. The weeds gave the place a neglected feel.

Very convenient for the location of what we needed. Friendly staff Quiet for being on a main road Rooms were clean The rooms had a functioning kitchenette as well so was a bonus. I found the rooms made the use of small spaces on a real clever way

Busy Road, lots of maintenance required. Shampoo and body wash sickly sweet. yuck.

The beds were comfortable and clean.

The complex fire hose was very badly rusted...unusable, so glad we didn't have a fire emergency. Also the kitchen tap in our room (room 20 or 21) was faulty. had to turn it off 3 times to get it to stop flowing. And the bathroom shampoo and washes were sickly sweet, made me want to throw up. We also had guests come for coffee and there were only 2 coffee cups. Staff not that helpful, it seemed we were a nuisance.

Very friendly and helpful front of office, room was very quiet despite location, and very clean. Lication was also very handy to Greenlane hospital. We will definitely stay again, thankyou.

Shower fitting was fixed so bit hard for short people to keep their hair dry - very small quibble.

An older Motel that was showing its aged, but it was very clean, staff were friendly. Close to the Auckland Show Grounds and many placed to eat ( all within walking distance )

Disappointed.

It needs an update. Simply things like a welcome pack. Disappointing as we were there for work and had a formal event. Power points and lighting in the accommodation was not up to a high standard.

As above but overall it was disappointing. For 2 professional females the facilities was not great.
