Great stay in Auckland!!

All staffs always helpful and supportive for customers. They gave me drying rack with cute notes in my room even though I didn't say anything. Train station and bus stop are neighbor!! You can access to them easily!!

Some nights, I heard some loud engine noise of car but it’s not their fault.

Comfortable, convenient motel

Comfortable bed, on the softer side. Very clean. Pretty sound proof even though on the busy Great South Road and we were in unit 10 right on the street. 2 bottles of water supplied. Airconditioning was a godsend on a hot and humid night. Able to check in later (8:30pm)

No milk supplied for tea and coffee.

I would be happy to stay there again.

Remotes for air-conditioning and TV were present, both utilities worked. Both shower and toilet very clean. Every thing was clean and tidy.

I would of love them put a guest book or note pad and pen somwhere or note As in my 3day stay I left early and arrived back late and tired just wanting to rest up for next day. My stationery was packed up somewhere👍🏽🫶🏾

Recommend for practical travelers looking for a clean and quiet stay without breaking the bank

Room is clean and well maintained. Linens, bathroom and kitchenette were all clean. The staff is very friendly and were able to meet our needs with respect to checking in earlier, holding on to our luggage after checkout. We needed a clean and quiet place and it delivered well on both aspects. The staff sweetly handed us some Lindt chocolates as a Christmas treat which was very sweet

Always meet the expectation, good stay :)

This is our 2nd time to stay there, as we know the set up, location and, especially the comfortableness. They maintain the level of their sevice, which we're appreciated. This motel is always handy and worths to pay.

At the beginning their sign could not be seen at night as it seemed there was some problem with lighting, but after the guys came and fixed, it perfectly worked again :)

Very friendly staff that helped us with a late check in. The location was excellent for what we needed. Very close to shops & a Westfield mall

The old school hotel wall fixed hairdryer. Next time I’ll bring my own, so not a big issue. I would prefer a free cancellation before a certain date option as sometimes our plans change.

great location. Shower good, bed average. staff friendly and nice. accommodating as we arrived late and they made it easy to get our key. Explained how to leave the unit as we were away by 5.30am.

place was dirty . smelled when we arrived but had the windows open all the next day aired it out. There was a problem with the drainage. Lots of water spilling out behind the unit when using the shower. had to get them to unblock the toilet. so some maintance is required.

The hotel catered to our families needs, such comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.

Close to the area where we attended an activity, close to food shops and easy to locate, access to free parking, spacious rooms and clean facilities that catered to our families needs, so comfortable beds!

Previous guests cooked fish and the smell remained in one of the rooms we booked. The hotel staff apologised and changed some linens that caught the smell.

Staff very welcoming and took us to our room carrying my luggage as well. My son wanted to have a smoke and used the com outside the office with a friendly reply on the Friday night we stayed. So very close to our venue.

loved everything staff were absolutely lovely awesome staff as we were meant to check in at 2-3pm we arrived late due to traffic etc staff member was so kind when we arrived though we were late 10/10 highly would recomment staying here with your whanau or as a couple/solo Beautiful staff/Location everything close to everything

Looked pretty rough from the outside but lovely clean inside ! The only thing I disliked were the memory foam pillows - don’t think anybody does? Lovely helpful staff
