Straightforward to access from city, walking distance to Newmarket shops. Compact unit, warm inside and good curtains to block out street light. Lots of little touches: chocolate, rug over floor tiles and inside shoes provided. Breakfast included was a nice touch, tasty cereal and toast. Straightforward to access the premises and clear instructions
Wasn't sure what to do with dirty breakfast dishes as no kitchen sink. Like 99% of places I've stayed at, bedside lamps insufficient for middle aged eyes to read by lol, however overhead room light has switch reachable from the bed

Great space for 2 people, good facilities
A little out the way of the centre but there are busses that run regularly and plenty of shops and things to do nearby
