Terrible experience, avoid this host!

This was an absolute disaster and one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve had. On arrival, the key was not in the lockbox as clearly stated in the check-in instructions. When we contacted the host, we were told the key was “lost” and were redirected to another property, which strongly suggested poor management or possible double-booking. That alternative property was a two-bedroom sleepout, nowhere near the three-bedroom house we paid for. After pushing back, the host agreed to move us again, this time to a four-bedroom apartment. However, when we arrived, the apartment was already occupied. We were later told it was the cleaners, meaning yet another failure to coordinate or communicate. After being moved between multiple properties and wasting 4–5 hours, we were finally accommodated. Throughout this chaos, emails continued to be sent claiming the original property was ready, which was either grossly negligent or deliberately misleading. This experience showed a total lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for guests’ time. This was not a one-off mistake but a clear breakdown in communication, organisation, and honesty. The experience caused significant stress and disruption. Completely unacceptable. With this experience we went through, I would not recommend booking here to anyone.

Disappointed

Close to the playground for kids.

Wasn’t clean, no utensils/cutlery in the kitchen, wifi didn’t work, was a very cold place to stay. Contacted people to question things with no proper help to rectify issues etc. Also had workers come onto the property over night without notice so got a fright seeing random people wondering around moving white ware that was outside upon arrival

When we first got there we had to clean the stove top even though we didn't use it clean the shower before you could use it no tv very few electrical outlets obviously designed to fit as many as you can so they get maximum profit and cold did the job only just, luxury it is not, good location though so there is that will not be using again
