Great location.
Asked for low floor got top floor !!!
Very basic cutlery no scissors or sharp knife for cutting cheese etc. Parking tight.

Location great, few minutes from centre of town, short walk to esplanade.
Free parking, spacious living room, spacious bedroom.
Dog friendly with green space two minutes away.
Good communication, despite never actually meeting anyone.
Impossible to control water temperature in either shower. Options were either very hot or boiling.
Wi-Fi non-existent, access allegedly through the TV and I followed the instructions to the letter using the password -nothing.
The TV also had internet options, Youtube and the like - didn't work, no internet.
The building is quite scruffy and off-putting

The location was good for the beach
Could have been cleaned better, also no iron or ironing board, I had to go out and buy a travel iron

It was large
Very tired looking & some areas were dusty (blinds)
Kitchen floor needed a good clean
