Happy Days

Fantastic location and such an advantage to have private parking. The hosts have thought about everything from extra keys to lots of information about the local area to how to use/find stuff in the property. The Welcome Gift was a lovely and unexpected surprise. The sofa, beds etc were very comfortable and the property was warm and homely.

Not an issue for us (and we were aware of the layout before we booked). However the property does have many steps and split over several floors, therefore people with mobility issues would not suit this property.

Very good central Whitby location.

All good, no complaints.

Wonderful location Lovely touch of milk tea and biscuits - a great treat on arrival Simple easy communication .

house looked like it was furnished by B&M ground floor bedroom had no heating upstairs single beds mattresses were very hard very dangerous stairs which we were not inform about and as I am 72 and none to steady on my feet became a real trail for me if my son had not been with us I couldn't have coped the heating in the main bathroom is very poor as does not heat the room making showering not very pleasant.
