This property is situated in panoramic location on the hills surrounding the beautiful medieval town of Cortona which is only 10 km away. A secondary road connecting the small villages on the hills surrounding Cortona passes nearby.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
Distances: Portole with a food shops and a restaurant 500 m away, Cortona with all kinds of shops 9 km, Lake Trasimeno approx. 20 km away, Città di Castello 30 km away. Arezzo 35 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private furnished outdoor area, private and fenced swimming-pool (8 x 4 m - maximum depth 1,40 m – open from 29/04 to 28/10), barbecue, playground for children. Parking within the grounds. The villa is provided with a laundry room and with air-conditioning.
