About 5 km above Cortona lies this comfortable country house with a unique panoramic view of the Chiana Valley. On the first floor you will find the entrance area, dining room and an open, well-equipped kitchen; the living room with TV and the wellness area with whirlpool and sauna. On the 1st floor four bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed. About 50m above is the dependance, a rustic outbuilding with living room (sofa bed) and another two bedrooms on the 1st floor. The second floor of the house with independent access from the back is excluded from the offer and is occasionally occupied by the owner. A covered terrace with barbecue and great views is the social center of the two buildings. The pool area with sun terraces is located on a terrace above, with breathtaking views! In addition, more garden seating, pizza oven, table soccer, various games and above all: best opportunities for trekking and biking directly from the cottage! Cortona is also within easy walking distance: Discover the picturesque little streets and alleys of the picturesque Etruscan town. Observe the lively hustle and bustle in front of one of the numerous bars and wine taverns, cozy with a cappuccino or aperitif. You should not miss the Etruscan museum and also a walk up to the fortress is worthwhile.
