Stunning Tuscan countryside house with beautiful views. With private pool overlooking the estate olive groves this house makes a unique holiday place to spend a holiday. Villa "Zen", 350 m a.s.l., detached, renovated, surrounded by trees and fields. 5 km from the centre of Castiglion Fiorentino, 15 km from the centre of Cortona, 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, in a secluded, sunny position on top of a hill, 20 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 7 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access (500 m via unmade road, mountain road, ramp). Parking on the premises.
