The hostess doesn't care about the guests.

View from the balcony.

The price included breakfast. In fact, there was no breakfast! We received no discount or alternative, just an apology. During our stay, the hotel owner called and asked to let in the workers who had been placing bets for several hours and hadn't cleaned up after themselves. We had to clean up after them.

The location was excellent for exploring the area, but there weren’t any shops nearby, which made it a bit inconvenient. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, though I faced a privacy issue — the kitchen window had no cover, and people from outside could see in easily. Overall, it was a nice stay with just a few areas for improvement.

A nice location for a quiet vacation

The bedrooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the apartment is amazing - you are literally a few meters from the waterfront where you can enter the sea. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped for cooking. The bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels. There is also a parking spot on the pier in front of the aparment which is very important here. The breakfast options were very good.

- The downside of sleeping on the waterfront is that if it gets stromy outside, it is quite loud inside as well, but it's still manageable. - I would have also liked more blankets for the night but I guess that's easily solveable as well by contacting the property. - Note that this is not a walking distance from Kotor and buses are not realiable or organized so you will need a car or taxi to get to Kotor.

Highly recommended

We had the apartment on the ground floor. 5 meters from the water. We had a table with chairs outside our apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. The bed is a sofa bed but it was so comfortable. Parking was available on the piers next to the water. This is the quiet side of the bay, but there is a supermarket and bakery nearby. Breakfast is at the restaurant across the street. Recommend to stay longer and make day trips from here as this a great place to stay.

Great apartment, not great managment.

The apartment itself was great, location, view from balcony, facilities and breakfast.

1. We were asked to pay extra fee for our smallest kid we forgot to include when reserving the apartment, although the reservation covered stay for four people and there is no tourist tax in Kotor for kids. 2. The Air conditioner did not work which is ok, things brake, but the way the AC change was handled was a mess. We were asked to leave doors open when we leave for beach which was strange request as we have our belongings in the room, lots of back and forth miscommunication led to worker replacing AC in our presence in the evening which spoiled our last night at the place as it was very noisy and dirty. Also the apartment was left quite dirty after the work only the big mess was taken care of. These kind of works should be done between reservations when people have checked out, if that is not possible host should have a reserve key to arrange works while guests are away from the property.

Almost great, except for raw sewage leaking from toilet wall and floor connections

Location was great, bed was great, kitchen had dishwasher. There was a clothes washer.

Toilet was not properly connected to floor and also not connected to wall. Sewage was coming out of wall and on floor!! Smelled bad in bathroom. Floor drain was filled with plastic so water wouldn't drain. Host said "pour water on it, it's fine. This is how toilets work". We stayed in a total of 6 hotels across Montenegro and all other toilets were not leaking sewage. TV was broken. We informed host, she said "Past guests didn't complain so you broke it." Shower glass door was off the track because of a missing piece. We informed host. She replied, "No comment." If the toilet wasn't leaking so much sewage, and the glass shower door had worked, it was otherwise a nice place. The host was condescending.

Nice, Quiet and Affordable Accommodation in Prčanj Near Kotor

We stayed in a two-story apartment with 3 bedrooms. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious and comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped, however it was a bit too small for our group. There are 2 washrooms. The one upstairs is suitable for short people only, though, unless you like hitting a ceiling with your head. Like in this part of the world, water is heated by electric boilers. Make sure not to accidentally switch it off because otherwise you’ll need to wait a couple of hours to warm the water up. Unfortunately the switch is on the same panel with a light switch so it’s easy to turn the boiler off by mistake! The place is nicely located in the quiet town of Prčanj. The short drive to Kotor leads via a narrow road so be prepared to stop frequently in order to pass the traffic. There is a restaurant just next door, however it is fairly expensive. If you decide to have breakfast included, it will be served by that particular restaurant. A few minutes’ walk there is a local bakery (“pekara”) open 7 days a week, a small supermarket and other restaurants.

I can only think of one item that was missing upstairs, i.e. a coat stand or coat rack as there was nothing we could hang our clothes on.

Villa Gina was a fantastic stay — very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It felt comfortable and hassle-free from start to finish. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Great location on Kotor Bay but far enough away from the kaos of the old town. Apartment opening right onto the street directly across the narrow road to the sea. Delicious breakfast at the adjacent restaurant included. Really surprised how comfortable the sofa bed was.

Nice to wake up to gorgeous dramatic views of Kotor! The apartment is beautiful, clean and super comfortable! It has everything we need for our family of 4 and 2 baths! We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Konoba Boka Bay restaurant next door!

Wish there were an extra front balcony with views! The bathroom upstairs is perfect for kids but not ideal for adults or tall individuals! Though there's a fan, a bit smelly bathroom downstairs but maybe that's common.

Stylish, small two bedroom apartment that has everything you need in a great location

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The balcony was useful and it was nice to be able to sit out. The owner was helpful and efficient. I was there in March so I needed heating instead of AC. Although it was a little AC type unit, the heat worked quite well. There were two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Lots of storage space the second bedroom had a door that led directly into the kitchen. I suspect it used to be a family room. That door has frosted glass on the upper half of it. The kitchen was clean and useful although I didn’t cook the entire time I was there

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like. Everything was new. One small quibble the water heater in the bathroom had a relatively small capacity so it did mean you had to take quicker showers.

Великолепный вид, удобное расположение. Комфортные аппартаменты с 2 комнатами в историческом строении. Зимой комфортно и тепло, что важно. Кровати удобные, матрас средне-высокой жёсткости. Решение вместо одеяла простыня - зимой неудобно под пирогом таким спать. На кухне есть всё необходимое, даже посудомойка. Очень комофртные аппартаменты в итоге - как большой плюс.

Минусы очень существенные. Трудности заселения - ни номер в бронировании, ни номер с сайта не доступны, до последнего непонятно, ждут ли тебя вообще. При заселении сотрудник взял денег больше, чем указано в подтвержденном бронировании вместе с налогом!! Завтраки включённые в стоимость не предоставили (сославшись якобы на личную причину владельца ресторана, однако по внешнему виду ресторана видно, что он законсервирован на зиму, и зимой не работает). Отчетные документы, счёт не предоставили. Регистрацию обязательную не сделали!! А деньги за это взяли в двухкратном размере причём. Собственно, после заселения сотрудник на связь не выходил, запросы игнорировались. На 3 день проживания вдруг сообщение на букинг.ком, что не могут принять. Поддержка отвечает вяло. Персонал обманывает и платформу и постояльцев.

הנוף מהמם, המרפסת נעימה, המנקה מקסימה ועזרה לנו, המיקום נחמד מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה

היחס של המארחת היה ממש לא נעים והרס את החוויה מהמקום. היא התנהגה בגסות ובחוסר סבלנות ובחוסר רצון לתת שירות בסיסי. הטלוויזיה הייתה שבורה ובכל מקרה היא לא חכמה ככה שהיא לסרת תועלת לתיירים. לא היו מספיק מים חמים בדוד אפילו למקלחת אחת. אין פרטיות בין החדרים, יש אור שנכנס לחדר מדלת הזכוכית ומהמטבח שגם הוא ללא וילון ופרטיות. השירותים מקלחת צפופים והדלת על האסלה, הכיור במקלחת קצת סתום. יש מדיח אבל בלי חומר מתאים. היו מעט כלים במטבח והייתה תחושה שאם משהו נשבר הוא פשוט יהיה חסר. אין ספה לשבת עליה.

Otelimiz denize sıfır konumdaydı. Kotor a aracımız ile 10 dk da geçtik. Oda manzaramız harikaydı. 2 odalı daire idi. Çocuklarımız da çok rahat etti.Mutfakta da herşey düşünülmüştü. Saśa çok yardımcı oldu. Sessiz-huzurlu bir mekandı. Kahvaltımızı da yan tarafta Boka Bay de yaptık. Öğlen ve akşam yemekleri için de otel indirimimiz mevcuttu. Öyle küçük bir yerdeki 1 market ve 1 bakery mevcuttu.Doğa- deniz tertemizdi.

Herşey harika idi.Memnuniyetsizlik yaşamadık.

Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Direkt am Wasser.

Kurz vor unserem Abflug kam eine Nachricht auf WhatsApp von der Unterkunft dass wir in Bar zahlen müssen obwohl bei der Buchung ausdrücklich steht dass nur Kartenzahlung und keine Barzahlung akzeptiert wird.. mussten dann noch schnell Bargeld organisieren. Total ärgerlich weil es für uns unnötig Stress war. Das Frühstück gibt es im Restaurant nebenan, kein Buffet nur Karte… wo Ansich kein Problem wäre nur leider sind die Portionen sehr klein man wird nicht satt. Rührei mit ein paar Salatblätter und ner halben Tomate.. nicht mal eine Scheibe Brot dazu. Das Badezimmer bzw. die Dusche ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hätte eine Sanierung nötig. Das Appartement ist extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Auto das vorbeibrettert.
