We only had two rolls of toilet paper and had to buy more.

Nice size apartment with private garden in secured location near the tram stop and easy walk into Krakow main square plus easy walk along river to the Jewish quarter. Very nice rain shower. Air con (BUT) only in the lounge none of the bedrooms. Host very helpful prior to arrival.

No information at all, so no idea what to do in the event of a fire, especially as only one exit, no information on how to use the cooker, no clothes dryer (advertised) so as no window in shower room the towels start to smell damp after a few days as no where to air without using dining chairs. Beds are rock hard (but this is a personal comment only), For a self catering apartment cooking equipment a bit sparse would expect a colander of sorts and also a Microwave (this should be standard in this type of accommodation), no information and was not able to locate the sauna/gym so unable to benefit from this although listed, no instructions in respect of the apartment door so when the electronic panel failed we were locked out for 15 minutes so had to call the host at 1.00 am, he put the phone down first time them did not answer, eventually got a message to say it was fixed, this should not happen and if instructions were left we could have charged it (as turns out under the panel is a USB C port) to enable us to be able to get it. The price of the apartment is a lot compared to others in the surrounding area, so I expected more. Lastly, 2nd bedroom has no where to put clothes so you live out of your case or have to use the wardrobe by the front door (not ideal).
