The location is excellent and one of the property's biggest strengths. Most major attractions, restaurants, shops, and transportation options are within easy walking distance, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area. While the apartment is compact, the space is exceptionally well designed and highly functional, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Here's a tip for you. If you like good bakeries, go to the MAPS bakery in the morning. It's a 15 minute walk from the apartment, but well worth it. Just so delicious. We went every morning. Pure bliss.

No elevator, so if you're staying on the 3rd or 4th floor and have a lot of luggage, it may be inconvenient. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it's worth noting. If you have loud neighbors, you're going to hear them. The main issue was with the air conditioning unit on our balcony, which became extremely loud at times. While it remained usable, the noise was far from ideal. We reported the issue, and the staff offered to send a technician. We explained that we value our privacy and would let them know when it would be convenient for us to receive him. They acknowledged this and even asked what time would work best. However, before we had confirmed any time, a technician was sent to our apartment anyway while we were not there. This was disappointing, as we had clearly stated multiple times that we did not want anyone coming to the apartment without first arranging a time with us. They should value people's privacy. It's way more important than trying to solve a problem at all costs. Because by doing so, you create another, bigger problem. A breach of trust.

Very spacious, great location, excellent beds

No lift

Apartment is very spacious and very cheap, almost the same price as booking a tiny hotel room. Beds are all very fluffy and comfortable. The tatami in our room was in excellent shape and felt great. Location is great too, only a 10 minute walk from the peace memorial.

Some suspicious stains around the toilet, and our toilet isn't properly secured to the floor. The balcony door is also extremely stiff, so if you close it all the way while you're outside, you're stuck as there's no handle. The washing machine/dryer combo also sucks at drying. You have to run a separate 3hr drying cycle after a wash + dry cycle to ensure your clothes are completely dry.

de locatie was prima voor ons , we waren vooral voor het A-bomb dome naar Hiroshima gekomen en die was op loop afstand van het appartement. Parkeren kun je prima, al is het soms wat klein

Wij hadden bij het reserveren niet helemaal door , dat je 3 verdiepingen omhoog moest lopen er is nl geen lift. Er waren geen normale borden in het appartment
