Nice simple and fairly spacious room.
Convenient 4min walk to the nearest tram station. For Hiroshima visitors, I very much recommend reading up on how the trams work with IC cards.
The bed by the window was extremely springy, to the point it was a bit hard to get up from it. There's no proper seating for food except for the barstool table.

部屋が想像してたより広く感じたので、よかったです。ゴミ箱が四箇所もあったので、すぐ捨てられて快適でした。
湯船にお湯はり完了時、お知らせ音があるかと思っていたのですが、ならなかったので、お湯を溢れさせてしまいました。
