The apartment had everything needed for our two night stay. My bed was comfy and the washing machine was a nice added feature (I hate taking dirty clothes from place to place).
The only thing on my "must do list" was to see the skeleton of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Dome. To my excitement it was a 5 minute walk away. Right down the street from the memorial was an amazing shopping area.
