Location is amazing, just 5mins walk from the A-dome and many-many coffees and restaurants.
The aparment is spacious, there is room for clothes and luggages, you can cook, it has AC, fridge, vacuum cleaner etc -like at home.
The bathroom needs renovation. We had small insects running around innit, the sealing on the floor was already getting black, and there is no option where to put your clothes and stuff.

Excellent location - across the street from Peace Memorial Park, tram stop right out front, excellent restaurants nearby, 7-11 at the corner. Very convenient.
Not quite enough space for our family of 4 - especially if you have a lot of luggage. Bathroom facilities are a little outdated - sink, shower, and toilet all in 1 wet room. Key is in a lockbox that is mounted around the door handle which made it difficult to open the door.

平和記念公園から程近く、バスターミナルにも近かった為、呉市へでかけたり、広島市外からのアクセスも抜群でした。広い寝室に大きなベッド、乾燥機付きの洗濯機も助かりました。
お風呂にバスタブがないので寒い時期はシャワーのタイミングに工夫が必要です。シャワーの標準取り付け位置のままシャワーを使うと、トイレ（便器が）濡れてしまうのでお風呂の後のトイレ使用時には少し気をつけて。
