We booked one room apartment. It is very spacious and equipped with everything one would need for a stay. The bed is super comfy. The apartment has large equipped terrace. Small details like cherries for well come, anti mosquito nets on the windows show great care. To reach the antique theatre on the top of the hill is a 10 min stairs walk - a bit challenging, but shadowed and very beautiful. The city center is 10 min walk away.

The location was absolutely incredible. Walking to Kapana and old town were only about 10 minutes each, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The apartment itself was immaculate and clean, and the hosts were very nice and responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place.

It stormed really hard one night and the window seal leaked onto the floor pretty badly. They were very responsive to fix it though, and gave us extra towels for the water that had come in. It will likely be fixed by the time you read this review. As a consolation, they also brought us a fruit spread which was very nice of them. Also, the AC didn't seem to be able to get lower than 20°C and we went in July, so for us (United States), it was a little warm at night, but that is subjective.

Le positionnement du studio pour visiter à pied la vieille ville de Plovdiv : la voiture est garée en sécurité et on peut l'oublier... il suffit de continuer à grimper les marches qui mènent au logement et on se retrouve en 5 minutes à l'ancien théâtre ( mais ça grimpe !) C’est très classe, vraiment un joli studio avec une vraie terrasse pour manger tout en étant en ville ( et fauteuil à balancelle !)

Il y a une dizaine de vieilles marches pour accéder à la maison + quelques unes pour le studio ; c’est faisable avec les bagages mais il faut le savoir. La cuisine décrite dans le commentaire Booking est une cuisine partagée tout en haut de la maison : il y a juste bouilloire et machine à café dans le studio. Pour faire un vrai repas, il faut monter un étage supplémentaire puis redescendre avec son plateau.
