Great location next to the sea, with Odawara Castle in 10 min. walking distance. It was very hot during our stay, but the lodge was well equipped with AC units to quickly cool down the main rooms when we got home from trips. There is a lot of space, two toilets separated from the shower room, you can wash laundry and there is a nice basic kitchen set-up. Definitely recommended for a small group like us or probably parents traveling with their children. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
One of the beds in the bedwoom was directly pointed at by the AC. However, that is very high level critique and I would not know how to set it up alternatively in that room...

No. But it is a house that was originally built for Japanese. If you are tall, you might be little bit comfortable.
