小田原城、御幸の浜など、小田原の観光地に歩いていけるアクセスの良さ。また、清潔感があり、ワンちゃんグッズや清掃グッズが充実している点も良いと思います。畳の部屋も寛げました。食器類も充実し、洗濯乾燥機もあるので、連泊には重宝すると思います。
特にはないですが、敢えて言うとしたら、風呂場に手桶があっても良いように思いました。

A mixture of Japanese and Western. Loved the amount of space available. The property had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. It is easy walk to the castle and there are some great coffee roasteries and restaurants
It was cold between the rooms but it was December and very cold outside. The water tasted awful but that may have been some cleaning product used on the glasses.

とにかく内装がオシャレ。
調理器具、家電、空調、タオル類が全て揃ってて、まるで自宅の様。
ベッドもフカフカで寝やすかったです。
訪れたかった小田原城址公園、海が見えるトンネルが近くて嬉しかったです。
当方軽自動車で行ったので全く問題なかったのですが、ミニバン等の大きめの車で行くと駐車場に向かう細い路地で大変かもしれません。
