La casa è molto grande, disposta su due livelli, giusta per 5 persone. E' una residenza d'epoca ma ben tenuta con bagni ristrutturati, penso, da poco.
La vicinanza alla Fortezza Medicea è il punto forte: 6' minuti e si è lì. Presenta anche un garage, ma il parcheggio in strada è comunque facile.
Host molto accurata e sempre disponibile.
Il bagno al piano terra è essenziale: consiglierei di aggiungere un mobiletto o qualche mensola in quanto non c'era posto per appoggiare i beauty.
Aggiungerei anche dello scottex e qualche straccio in più in cucina.
Altro suggerimento: un riduttore da fornello in caso di utilizzo della caffettiera (c'è comunque la macchina del caffè quindi sarebbe una cosa in più).

En nænsomt istandsat herskabelig lejlighed i gåafstand til Sienas centrum og seværdigheder. Lejligheden har bevaret sit rustikke og tiltalende præg. Der er marmorgulve og højt til loftet. Der er to moderne badeværelser og et velfungerende køkken. Masser af plads i lejligheden, og terrasse på begge sider af bygningen, så man altid kan finde skygge udenfor. Der ligger et supermarked kun 5 minutter til fods fra lejligheden. Garagen til bilen er et ekstra plus til den gode oplevelse (vær dog obs på, at kun almindelige personbiler kan komme ind)
Vi besøgte lejligheden under hedebølgen i juni 2025. Da lejligheden ikke har aircondition (men dog et par ventilatorer) sov vi med åbne vinduer. Her ville det have været rart med myggenet for vinduerne.

Wir hatten viel Platz im Haus für 2 Personen. Alles war sauber und ausreichend vorhanden .. Kaffee.. Toilettenpapier usw.. das Haus lügt nur 15 Min zu Fuß von der Altstadt Siena entfernt.. ein Supermarkt ist 10 Min entfernt…
…allerdings war es extrem heiß (38 Grad) und da es keine Klimaanlage gab und nur zwei Ventilatoren war es zum schlafen viel zu warm.. leider gab es auch keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern sodass wir viele Mückenstiche mit nach Hause nehmen da wir die Fenster zum Lüften aufgemacht haben . Es fehlten aber auch Auflagen für die Metall Gartenstühle.
Das habe ich der Vermieterin auch mitgeteilt.

Eine Anmerkung: das empfohlene Fischrestaurant in Siena Altstadt nicht besuchen. Es ist ist überteuert und die Gerichte minimal.

The property was beautiful. This home is 2 floors with spacious rooms, well maintained indoors and out. The outside patio was a lovely space to enjoy wine and cheese in the afternoon. The kitchen and dining room provided all the essentials for dining in. Having a garage is a great perk and eliminated finding on street parking. The bedrooms and design of the space allowed for gathering as a family and privacy when you needed to close the door:)
The Check-in and out was seamless and our contact in Siena was always available and accessible for questions.
