We had an absolutely wonderful stay here, and it is all thanks to Giovanni and his wife, who are the most welcoming and thoughtful hosts you could ever ask for! Even though we arrived quite late in the night (around 10:30–11:00 PM), they were there to greet us, pick us up, and help us settle in. They explained everything perfectly, added us to a house group chat, and even offered to get us dinner from their friends nearby since it was so late. Throughout our stay, they gave us fantastic local recommendations and checked in on us—even while they were heading out for their own vacation, they made sure we were completely taken care of. The House & Amenities * Immaculately Clean: The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. * Fully Equipped: It had absolutely everything we needed, including a great washing machine and a helpful local map of Siena. * Summer Comfort: The AC worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver during the hot Siena summer. Perfect Location The location is unbeatable! It is incredibly convenient and close to everything—the train station, the main Piazza, and the historic Monte dei Paschi bank. Above and Beyond Customer Service What truly touched us was their flexibility on our last day. After we checked out, they allowed us to leave our bags. Knowing how hot it was in Siena, they went out of their way to set out fresh towels for us when we came back to get our luggage. Even though the cleaning crew had already started, they made sure we could freshen up before heading to the train station. Giovanni and his wife truly treat their guests like family. We cannot recommend this beautiful home enough and would love to stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. It’s in a great location if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk into Siena main Piazza and it’s really close to train station by foot. There’s a great choice of bars and restaurants close by yet it’s very quiet. Our host was very friendly and went out of his way to welcome us and make us feel at home. I highly recommend this place

Great location and great apartment. Owner is very helpful and available for any question at any time for any question that you might have :) Will come again for sure.

Bien situé, très pratique pour les visites : pas loin des transports et du centre ville. L'appartement est joliment décoré et confortable. L'hôte est très disponible et prévoit plein d'informations pour accompagner.
