La Terrazza sul Duomo is a luxury apartment located on the third floor in an ancient building in the center of Siena. Thanks to its position and its terrace, it enjoys an incredible panorama, overlooking the Torre del Mangia, the Duomo and San Domenico. Thanks to an intelligent architectural intervention, portions of the wall with original stones have been left exposed, allowing total immersion in the mood of the medieval city. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, each equipped with TV and wardrobe, 2 bathrooms, a large and well-equipped kitchen and a splendid living room with fireplace, large sofa and a sumptuous 72-inch TV. But the jewel of the apartment consists of a magnificent terrace, where in addition to enjoying a splendid view of the city of Siena, you can enjoy the Tuscan sun while having lunch or dinner at the comfortable ceramic table.

The property is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit in a 17th century building with a fantastic view of the city. The location in the old town is central and very convenient. The property owner maintained excellent contact via whatsapp. Visitors need to be prepared for carrying luggage up 88 stairs, but the effort is worth it. Visitors also need to be aware of the location of the property in a car-free zone, which for us unfortunately was not well marked. I recommend the rental experience!

The apartment is in an amazing location. It is right in the middle of Siena, within a short walking distance of all attractions. It is on the top floor of an old building meaning it is private and quiet - and has the most amazing view from the terrace. Just stunning. The apartment is very spacious - there were 4 of us but it could easily accommodate 6 in the three double bedrooms. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner is very helpful. There is a bit of a walk with luggage to the apartment from the nearest car park and quite a lot of steps to climb to reach the apartment but if you don't mind this (and we didn't at all) then I would highly recommend staying here.

Know before you go: - There is a 5-story stair climb to get the apartment with magnificent views, so pack lightly. - I'm glad we made the choice to park at the train station and tale a taxi to the apartment (located in the car-free historical center).

We really enjoyed Paolo’s apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, well decorated and very functional. Just be aware of the multiple flights of stairs if you are traveling with young ones. Paolo was very accessible and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

La Terazza in Siena is an amazing apartment. Thoughtfully furnished in a neo-classical style. Well appointed- the kitchen, fast WiFi, lovely terrace with a view and a large flat screen TV. Very spacious. We only had 3 adults but it easily can accommodate 6 adults. The check-in process is tricky. Involves a door at the street, an interior gate, a lockbox and 91 steps up this penthouse apartment. The host Paolo was very helpful. The effort is WELL worth it. We will return to this place again. Pack light as parking is 10 minutes or more walk and you’ll have several flights of stairs to climb up in the apartment building. It is located on one of Siena’s nicest streets and only 5 minutes from Il Campo and magnificent Duomo.

Wonderful flat in city center. Communication with the owner and his representative was exceptional. The listing doesn't indicate that there is a shower in the second bath so that was a bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (and even began to develop stamina on the 93 stairs to the flat!

What a great apartment!! We had a great stay in Siena and were close to all of the local attractions. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and was extremely spacious. The beds were comfortable and the living room and patio were awesome and both had an amazing view of the city center and local hills. The host was great and helped us with transportation and answered all questions we had immediately. There are 93 steps up to the apartment so plan accordingly when packing luggage. We highly recommend this location and we will be back for another stay!!

A Great Location

We loved our stay. The terrace was wonderful with great views. We certainly took advantage of that feature. The apartment, including the kitchen is well equipped and is beautiful. The manager was very responsible to our needs. We stayed during a hot spell and the A/C does not really work well so afternoons were hot in the apartment. As our stay was only a few days we did not complain so it is not a reflection on the owner/management. I would definitely stay thee again.

Great property with plenty of space and seating for six. Beautiful view from the balcony of the city and countryside. Location was fantastic for shopping, dining and sightseeing by foot. The only drawback was it is located on a pedestrian only street. Parking was easy to find nearby - about 1/4 - 1/2 mile away.
