Recently renovated apartment in older building. The property is comfortable, spacious, air conditioned, everything works Good location.
This has nothing to do with the property. We had a car and driving and parking in the centro storico are limited and restricted respectively, so just be aware. Also some map apps glitch out occasionally in Italy and are not 100% reliable. This can be challenging in city centers.

The apartment itself was modern, clean, well decorated and carried a sense of history. The location was great- we could walk to the Piazza del Campo and access local markets with ease. We were able to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had basics like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. The owners were exceptional and responsive to any questions we had throughout the duration of our stay. Barbara went above and beyond to not only meet us at the location to walk us through, but met us as a parking area and secured us a free parking spot for our car and drove us with our luggage to the property and back when we departed. We never felt like our requests were burdensome. This was one of the best properties we could have chosen. We felt safe and comfortable in the apartment and had plenty of space to unpack and not feel crowded. Do yourself a favor and book this property- you won’t regret it!

Appartement exceptionnel, spacieux et calme. Nous avons été plus que satisfaits, au-delà de ce que les photos nous laissaient imaginer.
Décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de qualité. Literie très confortable.
Emplacement idéal, dans une rue calme, très proche des sites touristiques. Rapidement accessible depuis les parkings de la ville.
Hôtes très attentionnés et disponibles.
Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Nous ne pouvons que le recommander vivement. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The bathrooms were a dream as well as 3 large bedrooms, including a balcony with enough seating for 6.
