The property was absolutely BREATHTAKING!! It was so beautiful, the view was amazing, and super close to downtown area. Fabio was also an incredible host - he brought us pastries in the morning and cooked us a delicious meal from his farm - all fresh!!! Such a kind man and made us feel so welcome!!!

Villa Magnifica lived up to its name in every way. The views over Positano and the Amalfi Coast are simply breathtaking — we woke up every morning pinching ourselves. But the true standout was our host Fabio, who cooked us a homemade dinner on our first night that was genuinely one of the best meals of our entire trip. That kind of warmth and hospitality is irreplaceable. The location is unbeatable, the property is stunning, and Fabio made us feel like family from the moment we arrived.
Honestly, nothing worth noting. Any minor quirks that come with a hillside property in Positano are more than offset by the experience Fabio creates for his guests.

La vista de la propiedad es hermosa. La terraza y el jacuzzi son muy disfrutables
La calefacción por aire acondicionado resulta poco adecuada en invierno. Si bien tiene radiadores, no estaban prendidos.

The view, the location, the hot tub, comfortable beds and the history of the property
Some essentials on arrival would have been great, like water milk etc. No cushions or towels on the sun loungers. A lot of ants. Hot and cold showers. Toilet seat hanging off in one of the bathrooms. A couple of simple things that should be checked like batteries in tv remote, ironing board (which was quickly replaced by the owner) and some shelving would be good in the bathroom to store toiletries.
